MEGAN M. CHODZKO handles construction defect matters and has had experience representing both plaintiffs and developers. Ms. Chodzko also held a judicial externship at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, working in the chambers of Justice James A. McIntyre.
Ms. Chodzko has a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Communications from Saint Mary's College of California and a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from California Western School of Law in 2003. While attending law school, Ms. Chodzko was an Associate Writer and Editor of the California Western Law Review and received American Jurisprudence Awards in Legal Skills, Products Liability, Torts, and Trademark Law.
